OKLAHOMA! wowed our audiences

MHMTC scored a big success with its autumn 2019 main show Oklahoma!

One of the all-time greats, the Rodgers & Hammerstein's stalwart really did prove itself to be timeless, as people young and old got swept up in the evergreen story – the love triangle between farm girl Laurey Williams, Curly McLain and surly farmhand Jud Fry.

Packed with classic tunes from Oh, What A Beautiful Mornin’, The Surrey With The Fringe On Top, People Will Say We’re In Love, I Cain’t Say No to the rousing title tune Oklahoma!, the show's majestic opening, the comedy, the dark plot twist and uplifting ending remain a joy to this day. Have a look at some of the lovely photos taken for us by Catarina Corca, below.

So we say Goodbye, Oklahoma! and Hello, Andrew Lloyd Webber, for our two-night private party strictly for our Patrons, Music Of The Knight: A Tribute To Andrew Lloyd Webber.

If you’d like to take part in the show (on stage or behind the scenes), please email join@mhmtc.co.uk.
